A separate cycling studio allows members to get on a spin bike and watch their favorite music videos, stream their favorite cycle class or just watch something of their choice on our large smart tv.  Cycling is a great cardio workout and low impact for anyone having injuries to knees, hips or ankles. We will be offering some hybrid cycling and circuit classes in the new year, but members are free to check our schedule for OPEN BIKE times in STUDIO B. Lets all be honest, cycling at home sounds like a good idea, but we all know distractions come up. This allows our members to have a dedicated time and space to truly get in a good workout with the privacy that few gyms offer! Get into TRAIN. Start peddling yourself to health!
